Mr McCloskey graduated with a diploma in podiatric medicine from the Chelsea School of Chiropody in 1974. He has since undertaken further training in biomechanics (the study of human motion), podiatric acupuncture, joint mobilisation and foot surgery, he has been a qualified foot surgeon since 1984. As well as these specialties Mr McCloskey offers a full range of podiatry treatments,from corns and veruccae to ingrown toenail treatments and the prescription of orthoses to correct gait and postural abnormalities. Mr McCloskey is a runner and competes in road races although these days only up to half marathon distance. Interest in lower limb injury encouraged him to complete a master's degree in biomechanics. The Clinic is very well equipped to deal with any problem you might be having. X-ray facilities are on site, treadmill and video gait analysis, pressure plate computerised gait analysis, injection therapy,ultrasound and a minor surgery theatre.
